As the first Account Executive on the sales team Ala assisted with the building of the onboarding and sales platform that would be used to bring partners to the Wish Local Program. Ala assisted with new ways to retrieve actionable intel from the field and increase the outbound campaigns that brought business to Wish. With the help of these campaigns Wish was able to close out key markets that were necessary to the coverage of the Wish Local Program.

Served the city of San Francisco primarily working with businesses of all sizes to find the best solution and needs for Internet, TV, and Phone. Also worked with solutioned built products like VoIP and Cloud based security depending on the business needs and availability. Worked cross functionally with Engineers and Account Managers to build the best solution.

After a move to Northern California Ala ran the Daly City location. During his time he quickly became a top performing store and built a successful team. His quick advancement caused many visits from corporations to seek how the store was able to turn its tide. Visits came from VP of sales, VP of Operations, and many neighboring Regional managers. Because of the success of his work Ala was invited to a National Training meeting in Orlando, Florida and presented with an award for being a top performer.

After the success of Running multiple stores and building out the teams. Ala was promoted to Field Sales Manager for the Cupertino Market. Ala quickly took hold of his market and initiated sales training and campaigns to increase sales and brand awareness. Working with partners to build a relationship with key National Wireless Accounts like AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile and Key National retailers such as; Best Buy, Costco, Fry's.
